9-Foot Powder Coated Backyard Windmill in 🌬️ Red, White, and Blue by Outdoor Water Solutions Review

We bought this windmill last summer 2017 and we love it. My husband assembled it himself, he had a bit of an issue with it misaligned holes and such, but no big deal. We installed and leveled it and it helped us a lot. It is in an open area, and it was blown from all sides by strong winds, and it turned out excellent. The quality is excellent and beautiful, for a windmill lol! We have electroplated paint.

Like the windmill and it looks great. Most of the assembly was easy but still ran into a few issues: - A bad weld in the head mount prevented the rear stem from sliding fully flush with the front, which the instructions said was very important - Had to take it apart a few times to make sure the head doesn't move. This item is POTENTIALLY worth its price, but the lack of quality control at the factory that makes this windmill is just sad. frame section; The stabilizer is missing part of the shoulder; The screws that attach the fan to the base were not included; the fan is damaged. just out of the box. If I can dissuade ONE person from buying this expensive piece of metal then it is worth the time writing this review.

great product! good quality! y, very sturdy!, it's 12ft tall!, we bought it to protect it with a well protected case, my husband assembled it by himself in 2 1/2 hours but 2 hands would have been quicker! Using common sense instead of instructions no extra welding was required, all the parts were there, they sent 1 wrench you need, 2 and it was 10mm and it took a 3/8" standard to actually tighten the bolts to install. I have read all the reviews on this windmill. I have to agree INSTRUCTIONS ARE TERRIBLE! If you refer to the pictures, make them a little clearer (clarity sucks). Most of the metric #10 screws have been replaced with standard size screws due to poor head material. When I tried to tighten them, the top part was "rounded off". Wherever you can, replace #10 with a standard size and use star washers! Throw away the Allen key. He's useless. Use your own heads. I assembled it myself, not that bad. My

My wife loves her new windmill and for the most part I do too. When the turret is assembled and tightened it is very strong, the blades are solid and well made. The problem with this windmill is the triangular part at the top that holds the shank for the blade and the shank for the tail fin, and the shank that also goes into the tower to complete the windmill. The box was pretty shabby when I received it but luckily all the components were individually wrapped and all the parts were in good condition. In preparation for assembly, I recommend laying out all the components and reading the instructions. This thing is like a giant kit, and getting to know each part will save you a lot of time.
