This item is POTENTIALLY worth its price, but the lack of quality control at the factory that makes this windmill is just sad. frame section; The stabilizer is missing part of the shoulder; The screws that attach the fan to the base were not included; the fan is damaged. just out of the box. If I can dissuade ONE person from buying this expensive piece of metal then it is worth the time writing this review.
