I like how easy it is to set up, as well as use once deployed - not much of an issue at all! The customer service has been great thus far with any issues we've had they have addressed them immediately or within hours (if needed).
There's nothing really about this app itself which could be improved upon other than maybe more customization options for each user? Maybe some additional fields in surveys would help users fill out quicker too; but again there are plenty of apps available if these…
