Very happy with this central vacuum kit. The price was huge and the kit has everything we need. There was a problem and I contacted Ovo who immediately sent a replacement part. Very happy with the product and very happy with the customer service and support. You rarely see customer service like this. I would definitely do business with this company again.

I would give 5 stars if all parts were included and working properly. The on/off button on the nose doesn't work at all and we didn't get the dusting brush that was supposed to come with this kit. Poor quality control and no easy way to replace 2 broken/missing items unless I return all packaging which makes no practical sense for what is needed. Everything else works great.

Just received the kit for on time delivery! The woman at the company helped me change my kit and recommended her air powered carpet brush kit to vacuum my carpets and other rugs instead of the more expensive and bulky electric carpet beater. She was right! It does a great job cleaning carpets! I also like the fact that her wand and hose are very light compared to my old one. I will definitely buy from this company again, great service and great products.

So I bought these for a home that had a central vacuum system installed but the current hose was two short and had no switch to turn the vacuum on and off. A good complete set for the price. My only real complaint is that the bag that holds the tools doesn't have a long pocket for the retractable tube. On the other hand, there's a switch to help the woman turn off the hose, the power nozzle is remarkably good considering it's not connected to a power source and is powered by suction.

I needed a new vacuum and the house we live in had a central vacuum installed in the mid 80's. I bought a 60 year old house with a 30 year old central vacuum and 2800 sq ft. Wooden feet and vinyl floors - I had no idea how useful a vacuum system would be. and it was a great upgrade from a very old Nuton hose and jets - I like the grip and switch too - thought the jets were silly they are actually very useful - don't forget to change your bag and filter, where is your suction isn't coming from a hose either - my only suggestion for improvement is a hose like RV vacuum systems that…
