OXO brand cooking tools are THE BEST!

I already have 2 of these but it seems I can never find a clean one when I need one so three is the magic number for me! I LOVE everything OXO. Price is not as important as the hand feel of these products and the ease with which they can be hand washed. I hand wash them. They are the perfect size for cooking.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Short instructions

Great Spoon: Cooking Utensils

is easy - we needed a big cooking spoon and OXO makes very well designed kitchen tools. Like all other products, this one is well designed, well made and I am happy with the purchase. you will too. Of course, if you're working with very hot food, you should consider a wooden spoon. Nylon is nylon and can melt if exposed to high heat.

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons
  • Crumpled Wrapping

More than I thought.

What I don't like about Revain ads is the lack of sizing information. I expected this spoon to be 9-10 inches - slightly longer than a typical silver serving spoon. However, it is about 13 inches long. Otherwise, it makes a solid and well-made impression. I left it in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes and it didn't "bend" much less get hot.

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • No form required

spoon OK; apply for a long time.

the cross section of the spoon is flat and small; apply for a long time. I should have paid more attention to the length measurement. For very large pots that I no longer cook in, I find the handle length longer. From the photo it is difficult to see how deep or large the face of the spoon is. Not what I expected. I wanted the opposite, a short handle and a deeper, larger bowl to the spoon. It looks like a well made cookware so I keep it to myself and order another to see if I eventually get…

Pros
  • quick change
Cons
  • there are nuances

So lovely to use

I just received this spoon and I love using it to pour stews and soups over the traditional ladle. It's so nice to use! The spoon's bowl is just right, scooping up a healthy portion of whatever you're serving. I find the handle too long, maybe an inch, but that's not a big deal. Maybe people with big hands or bigger will find it just right. It is lightweight and very easy to clean. I've used oxo spoons, ladles, and silicone spatulas for decades and unfortunately they don't last many decades…

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Volume

Nylon Spoon - Kitchen and Dining

I'm very picky about kitchen utensils, especially things that should be so easy to use. However, I have bought and used so many bad spoons. So I tried to find and buy the best kitchen spoon. I ended up buying this and the Tovolo silicone spoon. But this review is for OXO, so I'll stick with it for now. Too many kitchen spoons are either a shallow spatula or a deep spoon, but this one strikes the perfect middle ground. It's also strong enough to be stirred and lifted without excessive bending…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • A few little things
