I've been using this conditioner since 2012 so I know the taste very well and the last bottle I ordered is NOT what it should taste like! It tastes like water with a very slight hint of something metallic. There is no lemon or mint flavor in this bottle. This crap takes too long to wrap up and send back so I'll throw it away and buy something else. This product cost too much to get what it is. Very disappointed.

I used to be an Oxyfresh retailer and have always loved this company. I was initially drawn to it for the lack of alcohol and the clean, fresh mouthfeel. I still Nothing else on the market comes close. I also enjoy doing business with Richard Brook, the owner. This month they sent the wrong scent. How can I contact them to make sure they don't do it again next month?

I have ordered a total of five bottles of this product. The last two taste significantly different. The first three were invigorating and fruity. They definitely had a twist. The last two bottles tasted watered down or maybe some ingredients were missing. I am not sure if I will order again. I don't care about the "new" taste. I really enjoyed the first three bottles.

I bought one for work and I liked it so I bought one for home. I received the product and it was MUCH more diluted than the previous bottle I bought. I work as a pharmaceutical quality engineer, so I didn't know if it was a homogeneous solution, so I collected both bottles, shook them vigorously and compared them. The last bottle I bought was confirmed to be heavily diluted. Very bad quality. I tried returning a poor quality bottle online but was unsuccessful.
