I ended up fitting them to my mum's car, I hope they help her as some people can't drive and end up bumping into the rear bumper. I used a hair dryer to heat the glue so it sticks better. It was very easy to set up. In harsh weather, I was a little concerned about it, but I've survived a hot summer and now I've survived a cold winter, and it hasn't fallen off. The 3M decal is a very strong adhesive but I'm not sure if it changes color over time. I've been through dozens of car washes and it stays on like a piece of bumper. The car in front of me was slammed with a plank that shot a hole right through my bumper. I didn't want to spend money to get it in the store. Luckily the hole was in a good spot where this bumper would normally go so I put the bumper over the hole and voila it looks brand new. To balance the look I added another trim strip symmetrically to the center line on the other side of the bumper. The grip is very good and the color matches my 2007 silver Camry SE.

They work very well. I have them on my rear bumper and got hit pretty hard at 10-15mph? There was a loud bang that only left a mark on one of those panels and a small scratch on the bumper that that panel didn't have. I'm pretty sure without them I would have had a damaged bumper.
