I needed to replace a relay that was missing on my tractor. I installed an aftermarket wiring harness so I could hook up a tail light bar and I never provided a place to screw the relay on. One day I tried to turn on my lightbar and found that it wouldn't because my shoe knocked the relay out of its socket and it got lost somewhere in my house. The new relays fit perfectly and now I have some extra wiring harnesses so I can switch the lights I installed in the corners.

Nice little device. Works like a charm when you want to keep the switch away from power and the load. Allows the switch to use lower AWG wire, e.g. B. Category 5 wire, while the higher AWG is used to connect the power supply to the load and turn it on or off remotely. They're great for the center stop light project. I love that they all slide/staple together in a neat row. I want the mounting tabs to be on the wire harness and not the relay itself. My trailer has a combination brake/turn signal and I didn't want the center brake light to "flash" when one of the turn signals is on and the brakes are applied. I've used them on everything from headlight upgrades to electric accelerator pedals and even as a starter relay on a Chevy 84 truck and had no problems. The relays are well sealed so you don't have to worry about water getting into the relay itself. The included wiring is a nice bonus, but it's NOT sealed, allowing water to get into the connectors.
