I am not a fan of the service.- my review about Padgett Business Services

I am not a fan of the service. The phone calls I receive from them are mostly regarding the wrong information that they gave me during my initial conversation with them. I feel that I am not being helped in any way. When I called them back and asked for clarification they did not offer any explanation as to why they said something was incorrect. Instead they would ask me if I was sure that was correct and I would have to tell them yes again because I could not understand their response. They…

My experience with Padgett has been great. They are extremely helpful and supportive when dealing with any issue regarding my businesses taxes and bookkeeping. Their pricing structure is fair and competitive. They have assisted me with many problems I was having including helping me file my taxes on time for 2017, filing my corporate tax returns, providing valuable advice on increasing profits and other general business related issues.
