Great solution and affordable especially with PageGate

I use this product for our customer service department as it allows us to quickly respond via phone call/text message when needed by customers. We have not found any downsides at all! It has been very easy so far using pagegate compared to other products we've tried before. The only thing about their support team could do better would just being more available during normal business hours (8-5). They are great though once you get them working through your issue they really work hard to sort out
