So quiet and dries your hair so well! I got this because I live in a small house with my boy and dog. My old hair dryer was so loud that I couldn't dry it in my sleep. Now I can blow dry in my sleep without waking either of them up. I can also use a blow dryer on low speed to dry my dog's hair. She doesn't get upset because the noise is so quiet. It's powerful too! It dries hair just as well, if not better than my old blow dryer. I am happy with my purchase.

I was so impressed with this hair dryer that I bought 10 more to give away for Christmas. My friend measured how long it would take to dry her hair with a very noisy hair dryer she already owns instead of Panasonic's new low noise hair dryer. Six minutes instead of seven minutes, 16% more drying time. A small price to pay to save your hearing. The low noise level means people in adjacent rooms won't hear it while we're on vacation. Only produce a low noise vacuum cleaner.
