Excellent value for money

Recently opened a home business and wanted a printer-in-one. Some of the fancier names cost a lot more. It's genuine, good quality, with an even better price. Easy to set up on Mac and works great with iOS.

C Problems with this printer - shows jam even when it isn't. The paper feed is so delicate. I missed my return date as I'm on vacation and not at work. And now we're stuck.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER

This printer has a documented history of losing Wi-Fi connectivity (which of course we don't know) and the only one Solution - Downloading the drivers and reinstalling each FUCKING TIME loses the WiFi connection. WHAT HAPPENS EVERY TIME WE TURN IT ON. I have three Nerds-t0 G0s at home (more than what I paid for printer and ink). but if we do that, we NEED a printer to work with. When we realized that the problem was not with us but with the printer, it was too late to return it. DO NOT BUY THIS

Easy to set up

I don't like setting up new printers but this one was so easy, not only for my laptops but also for my phone. The print quality is very good. The cartridge is easy to install. Scanning could be clearer.

Setting up is a major headache.

Installation CD does not start. Automatically. Never start even if I started it manually. I had to connect to the website for it to finally launch. Bad, confusing instructions. Then you need to get the manual in English. Only available in Chinese. I had to repeat the same thing multiple times to finally set it up. Then the WiFi setup was worse. I was told several times that the WiFi connection was up, but when I tried to print a test page I got an error message.
