I like how easy it is for me to access my data, which makes scheduling appointments much easier! There are some minor issues with the app that sometimes make it difficult to use at times. For example, when you try to search using an incorrect date range, there can be no results returned or if you do find something they don't always include the actual time of day in their response. This may just be because we haven't used this enough yet but it would definitely help us out if our users were more

I love how easy it is for my students' parents or guardians to use this system! It has saved me so much time in managing all of our school's student information, including parent communication via email, text messaging & phone calls. The only thing that could be improved upon would be more options when creating an account such as choosing your preferred language (Spanish/English) which helps with communications between schools from different states like California vs Texas. The best about Parent is that all the information related to the payment is stored in one spot. With that, all the invoices can be easily tracked. The best can be, the report generation. It can take quite sometime for invoicing to be generated for a month's billing. The most dislike thing about Parent is that it takes away a lot of the features in other apps, like invoicing.
