Great, what else can I say?

Used to install/remove Box 11 speed cassette components along with other cassettes on my other bikes. Works great, nothing more to say.

A great tool to have in your collection.

Easy handling with guide pin. Keep the thickness of the cassette to keep it safe when loosening and tightening. Good value for money. You cannot go wrong by purchasing this tool.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Almost never

Quality Park Tool

Like everything Park Tool makes, this cassette wrench is well made, works great, but is expensive. For a one-time repair/replacement, you can probably ask your local bike shop to do the job for what you pay for the tools.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

the stop pin makes this fairly easy

the inclusion of a stop pin that fits in the axle where the spear goes makes this tool very well aligned. The editing is precise, as we've come to expect from a park. The quality of the steel is good and I expect it to last forever.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • I'll write later

Quality Tool - Bike Tools & Servicing

A branch bent my rear derailleur into my spokes, snapping it and cracking my disc/spoke guard when the chain snapped. I used this tool on my Airborne Guardian 2.0 to remove the sprockets and reinstall the guard/spoke. Good full metal, good fit without slipping.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

So this is the difference between freewheel and cassette

I was struggling with a freewheel tool on what turned out to be a cassette. It looked like it should fit, but was a millimeter larger. This is the right tool for the job. cassette as soon as possible. The tool has the usual Park Tool quality and will be in my tool box for many years to come.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Fits like a gear in a machine.

First I bought a cassette ring tool from another manufacturer. The tool worked well and it took some force to loosen or tighten the cartridge retaining ring. Finally, another brand of cartridge tool wore out after about 45 uses. another brand of bicycle tools. The tool fits and is tight. There is no backlash, no slippage, and no need to apply force directly to the hub when tightening or loosening.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • I have some doubts

If you care about your band, get it!

The Park Tool FR-5.2G Cassette Locking Tool is a professional tool. The snap ring tool is the essential tool that should be in your home bike kit. The FR-5.2G is well made and should last a lifetime, maybe 2. It's made from durable, heat-treated tool steel with 12 splines to fit Shimano, Stan, and SunRace cassettes and some Shimano Twilight brake rings. Its diameter is about 23.4 mm. The 5mm diameter guide pin is designed for use with hollow quick release slots. The guide pin helps stabilizeโ€ฆ
