Save time and money; Use vulcanizing plaster.

Great idea, poor execution. These things are junk and especially useless on road bikes that are 700x25 or smaller. Due to the size of the patch, the cast pipework will inevitably be "patched" along with the hole. This is the weak link as Super Patch will not stick to areas adjacent to mold lines and allow for leakage in that area. After repeated attempts to repair a flat tire (including removing the rear wheel, patching the tube, changing the rear wheel, deflating the tire), finding a patch…

BEST PATCH PACK Period

Sorry for the yelling but seriously, if you ride your bike more than once a year you should have one of these in your bike pannier, bag or elsewhere. Very easy to use, no glue required, very small box. I've been using them for years and have NEVER had a patch. Even if a seam is sealed in the tube, these little suction cups stick, get stuck, and persist until the tube is destroyed by a catastrophic non-patch failure. Get the box NOW. At first glance, Park Tool patch kits are incredibly overpriced compared to what you buy. You will receive 6 self-adhesive patches, a small square of sandpaper and a plastic container for storage.
