Convenient and easy way for homeowners associations

I love that my HOA can be accessed anywhere, anytime with no phone calls needed! The customer service has been great too. There are some glitches here or there but they get fixed quickly. Not much of anything at this point since we have only had it about 3-4 months now. Just make sure you read all your contracts before signing them because sometimes things change after purchase. Having access to our information whenever we want without having to call someone every time helps us out so much when

  • It keeps an archive record for everything in regards yoour own personal account info.it is easy accessible from any computer as well (so far)as phones/tablets..also iframes work fine..good security measures implemented along wth many ways ti check history /transactions easily through different means...have not run into alot fo bugs yet...and support response was prompt &

Excellent Communication Tool for Residents and Property Managers

The ease of use, especially when you have many residents or property managers using the app! I love that we can communicate with each other so easily through this amazing tool (it's like texting if it were written out!). Some people do not understand how easy it would be to write an email back-and-forth with someone just by clicking "reply" at the bottom instead of having to type all your thoughts into an actual text message! It takes some time getting used to but once they get past that…
