Red Parrot Bebop Quadcopter Drone Review

When I first turned it on and pressed the start button on my phone, it automatically flipped. What I read online was the repositioning of props. Black props in front and red props in back. Problem solved.

Immediately after receiving this package, I tried to charge the battery and both it and the charger began to smoke. Last week I found that the return function wasn't working either. This is a huge problem that almost destroyed my drone. I have no way of contacting anyone.

Maybe it was worth saving. It still feels like a toy and not the top entry-level device I was hoping for. The interface is nice, the camera works well. The Wi-Fi connection is a little hokey. Despite the fact that there were 2 batteries in the kit, one of them broke down after several uses. Each battery is good for less than 10 minutes, which is very bad.

Funny product and quite reliable. I crashed it several times and it still works. One of the batteries was DOA and tech support would replace it but it was too much hassle and I gave up. I use a tablet to control mine and it works fine. The dose takes forever to connect. I would advise you to read the information online and ensure you have your flight settings configured before boarding your first flight.

Fast and big drone with great camera, it's not as big as a phantom which makes it perfect for traveling with its app on my phone power is great because i hate battery controllers, has good range and video is good, pretty stable. The wide-angle lens helps looking down, but if you prefer, the app has an 'ace' mode that lets you control where the camera is pointing when you break it, it seems pretty easy to fix it yourself

My first bebop was a pleasure to fly with a sky controller. I would fly 10-12 minutes on average. Unfortunately I bumped into a tree and before I could pick it up it snowed so hard the thing got wet and the board broke. I bought a drone with an open box to replace but it's erratic and the home button works when it wants to. Bought a second open box. It's buggy too.
