Good replacement hose

Good replacement hose. Fit was good. The kit includes an aluminum bracket that sits under the headlight but does not include the two rubber mounts that attach to the bracket. So don't throw away the old hose before removing it.

Check the hose you need.

I had to return via Amazon. While it will technically fit a 2002 Jeep Liberty with a 3.7L engine (compare it to your existing hose, fittings and length will work), there are actually two types of these hoses, one with a pressure sensor port and one without. I think it almost sucks to shoot whether your freedom has it or not. Mine made it so that hose doesn't work. Be sure to check if your existing host has a pressure sensor (hidden under the hose adapter on the top hose). At first glance it…

Power Steering Pressure Hose

I ordered this hose to replace the pressure hose on my 2005 Jeep Liberty. The fit, length and quality of the hose was top notch. The flange connections were first class and came with the two o-rings required. The only thing that wasn't quite up to OEM standards was the quality of the "retainer" that secures the power steering hose to the inner fender. This is not a breach of contract. but I thought I'd mention it. It worked fine. It's just that the gauge of steel it was made from was thinner…
