These taillights work well and are bright. Easy to install. There are no instructions, and each light has five wires coming from the back or each. The two black wires are ground, one is for the LEDs behind the red lens and the other is ground for the LEDs behind the white lens for the reverse lights. These taillights do NOT have license plate LEDs on the underside. The lens is soldered and cannot be removed. Each lamp is a completely closed element.

Used these to replace the tail lights on my dump truck. Very bright and also has reversed white light. A wiring pinout would help which colors are which. Very happy with the brightness ratio. Here's the right wiring for you. Black=Ground, White=Reverse, Brown=Drive, Left rear red wire goes to Yellow for turning and braking, Right taillight red wire goes to Green for turning and braking. The product looks much better than the stock headlights they replaced on my Jeep YJ Wrangler. Each device is in a separate box, but only one box has instructions and cable color codes. The mounting studs line up exactly with the mounting holes on the car's body, but the driver's side light obstructs the license plate, which folds down to cover the gas tank. Drilling new holes 3/8" higher for both lights solved this problem and kept them level. The LEDs are nice and bright.

I used these to replace/upgrade the taillights on my Jeep TJ. The screws matched my existing holes and the wiring went well as the description says the connectors. I had to drill holes to insert them as my existing holes were threaded for screws with studs attached. It's not difficult at all, but there is something to consider. Update: After installing lights on my cargo ship less than 2 months ago. The bottom row and vertical center row stopped working on the driver's side. I thought they would last longer. They arrived very quickly, look great on my Cascadia cargo liner, I had to modify my old bracket a bit because the wires came out the back of the lights, but after that they fitted straight away. I bought these for my 95 YJ. They are mainly 4 wire while my jeep is only 3 wire. Once you plug them in I can't get them to blink when braking and blinking. There are no instructions on how to connect, and it turns out that additional ground blocks and turn signals are required to make them work on a jeep.
