I bought these to fix part of a seam in a tarp that had come undone. When I first applied it I was impressed by how easy it was to apply and how strong it was. I ordered four more rolls, I wanted to pre-tape the remaining seams on the tarpaulin. After four rolls arrived I went outside to look at the tarp and found that the taped seam had completely come loose. See attached picture. I contacted Revain and got a refund for the bad reel and I'm returning the other four. Avoid this product.

I have a tool kit of sockets, wrenches etc in a plastic briefcase style case. After 12 years, the plastic loop on the bottom of the case tore. I tried using tape to tape the top and bottom together and using the tape to make a new loop. It fell apart the first time I tried to use the toolbox again. I ordered this tape to fix the loop. I set out to use this to repair a couple of 6-10 inch cuts in a durable vinyl sheet that I use in a creek style pool in my backyard. I drained, dried and cleaned the area to be patched. I apply tape over cuts, smooth to remove any bubbles or waves and let dry for 48 hours before refilling the water feature.
