We love the lanterns and the brass parts. Also, I appreciate how easy it was to adjust the length after hanging. The only complaint is with the wire, which is wrapped in a fabric cord. We've tried a few different ways to keep the cords hanging straight and they're still kinking after a few weeks. They're nice, but the rope on the wire makes them look cheap.

As an interior designer I want my home to be stylish but with kids we are on a tight budget. This light looks absolutely amazing when installed and looks high quality at an amazing price. We installed it in our basement and were very happy to receive a pendant light to match our wall lights (there is a matching wall light which I highly recommend). It has a gorgeous on-trend industrial-chic style that goes well with any space, from traditional to farmhouse, modern to mid-century. Winner!

Beautiful pendant light. I had a small issue with the first one sent to me where the glass broke off but Revain replaced it nicely and quickly. The replacement arrived in perfect condition. I like the look of the rope/fabric cord as it gives it a vintage look of early 20th century electrical equipment. . The ring with horizontal screw handles (3 screws shown on the product photos) is purely decorative and not a so-called "Type 1" curtain bracket.

Correct. Cheap wire clamps do not support lamp mounting during installation. Replace high quality wire nuts. The cable twist/kink issue that so many have complained about hasn't bothered me. We shorten the cord to about 12 inches for the over-the-sink install, so kinks aren't really a problem—they're there, but not too bad. Let me say upfront: I'm not saying what happened to me will happen to you. I can only tell you what I experienced. I have ordered three of these items. They installed well and work great. The next day after installation, the glass case on one of them broke and began to crumble near the bottom of the case - where you screw in the glass.
