I have tried many irons. And I go back to my sed. However, this iron is a game changer. Keep warm! Lots of straighteners after one hairline, I had to wait a bit before the second line. This iron holds the heat very well. And heats up quickly. I have thick, coarse hair and it usually takes several passes to straighten it. Not with this iron. Excellent purchase! Costs money!

I literally just opened the box and turned it on to use. I have hair like this and for the last 10-15 years have either given away or thrown away a few "cheap" straighteners and curling irons in search of the perfect one. I FOUND THIS! I used to have a Paul Mitchell flat iron but after a visit to the salon my stylist used the Neuro Smooth flat iron and it worked much better. So I had to buy it and it REALLY worked much better. Works faster, straightens (or frizzes) hair much faster, and is gentle on my hair (doesn't rip it). Great progress.
