Accurate and fully waterproof. 32 degrees in ice water and 212 in boiling water. I cover the whole thermometer in dish soap and wash it in hot water after use and no moisture gets in. I'll say it's not the fastest, but it does the job. I would prefer high accuracy and stable performance to a few seconds gain and a precise device.
