I wear size 43 MTB Sidi shoes and have had no problem slipping this size Lg over my shoes. The material stretches a bit but the toes don't pinch. Oh crap. I got them for a tough, rainy 1 hour ride but my feet still got wet. Oddly enough the water didn't flow off the cuff/top but through the top of the toes and the top of the foot.
