I live in the United Arab Emirates and placed an order on February 13, 2020. I thought the bathrobe was good against the winter cold, so I ordered it for my father. When I sent it to Jordan for my father, he didn't use it until recently as it's not for winter. Then they found two holes in the fabric. I attach a photo. The problem is, I'm trying to find a way to contact the seller, it doesn't work. If customer reviews don't matter to them, the product isn't worth the amount you're paying for.

High-quality wool that is pleasant to the touch. My husband has wanted a wool coat for a long time. It's a classic, well made, looks great and wears well. A black plaid with a clock is elegant. Can be washed super - follow the care instructions!

Replaces a dressing gown of another brand. This robe is made from American wool, woven in Oregon and made in Central America. Qualitative! Well made, works great. Great for Midwestern weekends when you just want to grab a morning coffee and relax before starting your day!
