The amount of customization you can have with each person you import is unreal. They've got every aspect that I needed for the specific project I was working on. I like that people pattern is able to give you insight into what your users are saying about your product, and then translate it into personas. This allows you to focus on user needs instead of just creating features. I dislike that I have not found a way to export these personas in other formats. I like that you get recommendations from other users as well; this helps give more insight about what works best with your own target market.
