At 55, I’m not ready to forego something stylish for comfort. Southpole was a brand I liked years ago, so you didn’t have to twist my arm much, if at all, to give them more of my money for this eventual replacement of one of my black pairs. It took a couple tries to nail my size down (36x32), but it’s right on. Comfortable all around, from the waist, through the seat and thighs, and to the boot tops…and I don’t look like I’m 55 in them…until the cane I need from time to time is in use… (lol)

My husband loves these pant! I actually bought him a pair in every color. They fit him perfectly. He does not have much of a butt and does not need a belt. There Stylish and they look great on him. He is 6.2 and wears usually a 36-36 I like to buy his jeans longer because some jeans shrink. They did not have a 36 length so I did buy him a 34 length and they were still plenty long, I will air dry them. Usually this brand I haven’t ever seen much shrinkage. Hope this helps.

Not too bad. Still a little tight. I was looking for some baggy jeans, like how Southpole jeans USED TO BE. The other colors might fit differently but the dark black are like any other normal jeans, maybe a little more loose fitting than most jeans you can find nowadays. I hate the tight clothing "style". Pants run a little small I got them for my husband who where's a 34/32 he is 6 feet 180 pounds and we ended up giving them to are son who where's a 32/32 he is 5'8 and is 145 pounds.

It's a relaxed fit pair of pants. It fits good except I ordered a size bigger because I put on a little weight over the years but somehow I still am a size down. Other than that it looks and feels good to know I can order my normal size.

It’s hard to find these jeans because they are "old school”. I’ve worn them for years and have had difficulty finding them, even with other venues such as eBay and poshmark. I’m going to be getting a second pair of this exact kind, so when these ones wear out, I will have a spare on hand. If you are like me and enjoyed the mid-late 90’s, early 00’s urban style, then these jeans are right for you.

Pants fit very well at waist and the length is just right for those of us that like a little bit of baggy in our pants without being overly baggy.

I'd be happy to give it 5 stars, if not for el cheapo fabric: you are going to get "bubble knees" after a day or two of wearing them. Good, roomy fit. Crappy fabric.

Kind of sad to see Southpole name on poor quality product. When I see Southpole I expect good quality (over 2-3 year period of longjevity).

In the pictures, My old (South Pole) pants are between the two new pairs. Look at the differences in the leg width. The new pants are supposed to be loose/relaxed fit as are my old pants however, when I tried them on I could not bend my legs or sit down, as the legs are way to thin and the crouch and back side were non existent. This product is poorly made and once you get a hole it will split completely down no matter what size hole. Back in the late 90's-early2000's Southpole made exceptional quality clothing. Now they make junk that will last 3-6 months on Jeans. I'm so disappointed was looking for comfortable loose jeans and all I got was crap that didn't last long at all. Thanks Southpole n Revain

I wanted these loosey fit, but they are a little longer length than the other exact size 44 jet black pair i ordered, which i could say could be a tad bit shorter than expected. A notable difference between the 2 but neither extreme enough for me to return. If im lucky these will shrink just a little after wash.
