BAD DESIGN, what were you thinking?

Cheap, poorly made, poorly thought out. Who ever thought of packing their water sensitive and expensive phone next to a sports water bottle where there is a greater chance of getting the phone wet? When I get a trickle of water, I might not want the natural place to squeeze a water bottle to involve squeezing my smartphone. I'm sure it looked good on paper for someone, but not for someone who could actually have a "Perfect Fitness" water bottle. Other criticisms were cheap production, high…

Interesting idea but useless

This soft phone/water bottle holder combo is primarily made from soft neoprene with an easily adjustable and secure Velcro strap. It's designed to be hand-held while running, although it does feel a bit bulky. The total weight is 3.5 ounces. (100 g). He's cut well. The vinyl window allows touchscreen operation and a perforation for access to the headphone jack, but the smartphone has to be awkwardly inserted into the horizontal slot and it is not easy to connect the headphones. What I actually…

Good LSD running set

The perfect gym bottle and phone holder is a nice addition to my running set. This helps me set a comfortable pace for my training runs without sprints or steep climbs, long slow distances (LSD). My iPhone 5 fits perfectly in a case covered with a transparent screensaver and the phone works well with the touch controls in the case. There is a hole in the leather-like material under the phone pocket for plugging in a headphone jack - works well. Above the phone pocket is a large flap made of…

Mixed reaction to this product

Despite the attractive packaging, this combination water and phone holder does not meet my needs. Firstly it doesn't hold my phone (I have a Droid 4 in a case) and it took me a lot of effort to get it in there and then it kind of sticks out at the end. I can't see how to get to the screen wake button at the top. The plastic film on the windscreen is thick and not very sensitive to touch. I think big phones might not fit in at all and most of them won't be able to squeeze into the space if they…

Suitable for some people

While I definitely don't understand some things about this product, some aspects of it strike me as thoughtful and of good quality. First, the genuine neoprene strap appears to be of exceptional quality and fits perfectly. The phone pouch is secure and sized correctly for comfort and security (unless you have a small or large phone). You must unzip the bottle, but not necessarily remove it, to insert and remove the phone. My BB Z10 fits perfectly, although the headphone cable exit is at the…

Perfect Fitness Water Bottle & Phone Holder

There's so much wrong with so little right that it's hard to know where to start, but narrowing it down to the most egregious leaking water bottle problem, the uncovers the phone for possible damage. No special cover/seal was provided in the design to secure the phone. Capping a standard disposable water bottle is more secure than capping this bottle. In fact, the entire bottle just isn't of the quality I would expect from a refillable device like this. And as a small but important issue, the…

Clumsy design, far from perfect

While the materials and construction are solid (neoprene and vinyl), I have serious doubts about this product. Designed to be held in the hand while running, it also means one hand is always busy. The wraparound design prevents you from attaching it to your hydration belt without having to undo the velcro to get a drink. The tank is fully enclosed in the harness and doesn't really need to be secured tightly. Considering the price, the bottle is of lower quality than I expected, like the free…
