This is super used and damaged and just painted with cheap paint, done so wrong they even painted the piston rod yellow. I don't know what's allowed here.

Yellow paint peels off very easily - definitely not a high quality paint. Lawn tractor (John Deere X304), part of the £32,000 limit for this '16 ton' jack. I intend to return it.

12 tons? NO WAY ! I was trying to lift the driver's side front wheel of my 2016 Chevy Silverado Z71 off the road. I'd like to try deflating, but the paint above the bleed valve is 1/8 inch thick.

These bottle jacks don't even hold the load for a few seconds. Even when the exhaust valve was tightened very hard, the jacks would drop the load. I tried all four and none worked. I've returned all four for a refund and it's a shame the shipping of these units was significant at £14 each. Luckily, Revain Prime covered shipping both ways. I suggest buying the most expensive bottle jack you can find and maybe it will last.

Arrived on time, not in the best condition. The handle was bent and there was a large notch in the front. The pump handle is junk in my opinion! the pump handle does not fit at all on the part to be lowered. When it goes up it's very slow but you get what you pay for. I think the cheaper 20 ton is just as good as this one and costs less. I will not buy again. Put a diff handle on it and see how long it lasts. mine is for the trailer and is not used much. Typical porcelain.

Unfortunately I didn't get to use the jacks before the return deadline. When I tried to use them none of them worked. One was missing hydraulic fluid and the other was leaking. Both were painted so thick that it was difficult to rip off the lever to inflate the jack. When the paint peeled off, the DEEP corroded metal clearly showed that the jacks were not new. After going to the tool store and buying new washers, I started the leaking one. I didn't expect hydraulic jacks to not work!

Let me start by saying that this jack is not as good as the Walker or any other American made jack. The quality control, especially with the paint, leaves a lot to be desired. I followed the video instructions. I had to do the steps at least 6 times before the piston/shaft started to move. I also put my 275 on it so the piston/shaft goes down when it's fully up. After delivery, the jack has probably sat on its side for many days, allowing air to get into the seals. I was ready to send it back…

The order arrived ok. 16:45 24-12-2020. I noticed that the shipping box was damaged. I opened the shipping box and found that the product box was more damaged and resealed. I noticed that the paint on the handle, base and screw cap has chipped off. I removed the pump handle and tightened the pump/bleed screw, but it was difficult to turn. I closed it and tried the jack.
