The 1/8 wrench was too small for the shaft keyway. The Dorman key I bought is very tight. So it looks like there is a quality control issue with these keys.

A whopping 0.012 inch wider than advertised. Completely useless soft low-quality junk. Not worth a tenth of the price. Don't waste your time.

As soon as I received my package, I opened it and carefully counted each needle. The set consists of 600 pins plus or minus 5 plus or minus. He claims there are 1000 pieces which is a complete lie.

They had to replace some missing splines on the gearbox. I only had one metric from a similar kit from HFT and none of them matched. Research told me I needed SAE keys instead, so I bought those. But they are too wide by about 1/64 inch. I still had to cut them off with a dremel to make them fit.

I have strayed from the picture and now have a set of 150 bobby pins that are too big for my purposes. Here are the dimensions: 3/32 x 1-3/16 in; 5/64x1-5/16; 5/64x1-9/16; 7/64x1-5/8; 9/64x1-3/4; 5/32x2-15/16.

Decent price for so many buttons. They are smooth and close enough to spec that I can't tell if they aren't. The case is made of semi-flexible plastic, so it won't shatter if you drop it. As for the shear strength, I'm not sure - I hope I never will. I used mine on a Gravely Sweeper spline and bought the whole set because it was cheaper than buying a wrench from a specialty store. I received my original order of cotter pins in a cheap plastic divider box, the hinges broke allowing the contents - 1000 cotter pins (more or less) - to be thrown into the box the other items ordered. It was replaced with Revain with no problem and the replacement arrived two days later. Keep it up Revain.
