I received my original order of cotter pins in a cheap plastic divider box, the hinges broke allowing the contents - 1000 cotter pins (more or less) - to be thrown into the box the other items ordered. It was replaced with Revain with no problem and the replacement arrived two days later. Keep it up Revain. However, knowing full well they wouldn't be of the same quality for the aircraft industry (1000 pins for $15), I expected the pin sizes to match the legend. Both pins 1/8"x 1-1/4" and 1/8"x 2" were 3/32" not 1/8"; It did not come with 1/8" pins. 1/8" is a fairly popular size for general DIY purposes. Disappointed that there weren't any, although there should have been two (2) lengths. I will not be returning this (I have already put them in a better organizer), but this is the first time I've gone the cheap route with the Performance Tool and been so disappointed.
