Small but Very Cool

These beads are much smaller than standard Perler beads! My son (8 years) loves them. You can get much more detailed creations compared to larger beads.

This is a fun and challenging bead box for me

This is a fun and challenging bead box for me. I'm 9 years old and it took me about 2 months to finish but it turned out beautifully. And MINI pearls!

Do not buy unless you have extreme patience!

My daughter (7 years old) loves crafts and dogs and saw this and asked Santa. I guess it's my fault for not knowing they were mini beads and it took us over 3.5 hours per dog! It's really cute, but it was awful and the beads kept moving.

Really little pearls.

Therefore, the beads included in the set are so small that it hurts your eyes. Don't forget to bring tweezers as the beads are so small that it is difficult to make them with your hands. But there is ironing paper in the set, and it's very cute! Comes with a small picture to help you understand the puppy's design. I really like it! Great fun when bored!

Too small to work with, my 12 year old says.

My kids have loved Perler Beads since they were little and their patterns are getting more and more complicated (now they are freeform using transparent squares and patterns found on the internet) and mine is a 12 year old daughter of a dog is crazy so I thought it looked perfect. Unfortunately, due to the small Perler beads, it was deemed "not worth bothering" - you must have the patience of a saint to do this.

I love working with mini beads. I bought this kit to try out the Mini. This is a great kit for what you get. Contains 4 mini clothespins and 8000 mini beads. (I already had the needle-tipped tweezers needed to work with the mini.) The mini actually proved easier to place and pick up with fingers than the midi beads. Just keep in mind that the finished project will be very small.
