I like how it helps me organize my data in an easy way with simple templates for each persona group (like high-level demographics). The UI could be improved because some of its features are not intuitive enough when you first start using them; however after getting used to their functions this does get easier! I like that it allows me to create multiple profiles for my clients without having too many different accounts! It is easy enough so anyone can do this but still has some features you need knowledge of how to set up in order to get them working properly.
