Very user friendly, efficient reporting system

The ease in which you can create reports with this software has been very helpful for our office! It's also easy enough that anyone could use it without needing any training or help from us. I would definitely recommend using this product because it does exactly what we need at an affordable price point. We have not found anything about this program that needs improvement so far - everything seems great! This tool helps keep track of all client information (including phone numbers) easily and…

  • Ease when creating new accounts/pests, etc.
  • Very user friendly interface; no learning curve required once familiarized.
  • Easy access via mobile device as well!! :)

Excellent way of communicating efficiently between pest control operators and property owners

It's easy for customers to use! I love that it has an option where you can add photos or videos from your phone so they are able to see what exactly we're doing with our equipment. The customer service team have been amazing at helping us solve any problems related to this software. Nothing really - just make sure you know how to navigate through all its features before using them in order not to waste time trying things out which may be confusing. We've used other similar apps but nothing like
