Great quality but I made my own door using carpet and zip ties. I can't understand why anyone would order a purpose made door when it's half the price of a kennel and only comes with small hooks instead of hardware. In my climate it would not be easy to endure. The kennel is great, stays very warm and dry and I was able to open the door with no problem.

Like it. Charlie the dog hates this. The only reason he goes there at all is to get a cookie, which I toss as a side dish, or to pull out a notepad. I tried taking the cover off and putting it in the shed for protection from the storm. He doesn't like the barn either. I always thought he was going to despair, go and take advantage - no. good house Playful Puppy.

Like. Delivery took four weeks even though the goods were in stock at the time the order was placed. Definitely fits a medium sized dog as my small dog can fit two more in it. Rain flows from the roof. The opening is very wide to allow easy access for a pet of any age (allowing for future joint problems) so rain can easily get in unless you have an opening that is exposed to wind or rain.

Size: 25-50 lbs. Made like a good idea but less than advertised. There was no way to measure the 32 inch length. It was maybe 30 inches to the edge of the door and 25 inches wide across the seam. Floor size was only 24 inches by 21 inches, which is not big enough for a 40-pound spaniel. A photo of a Springer Spaniel in a doorway must show a very small Springer. I am sending this back and trying again with a larger model.

the first one was damaged. So I lowered my rating by one star. The transport company is to blame for the damage to the goods, but so is the lack of packaging. Otherwise I like it. Too bad my dog is an idiot and is pathetic and self pitying standing beside her in the rain instead of taking refuge in himself! IM working on it.

I am feeding some stray cats that are wandering around my yard and need to replace the old "house". I was looking for something to protect them from the elements while eating and of course to keep the food from getting wet and soggy. This product is perfect for the purpose I bought it for. I put a concrete slab underneath to prevent heavy rain and snow from entering and put concrete slabs on both sides to block the strong wind. I bought two Petmate kennels to protect the three feral cats I feed on my outdoor porch from the New York weather elements. Since the rain was coming through the door, I blocked off the floor with a 24 inch piece of double fold plastic rail that I taped to the inside of the house. Also, I cut the foam napkin in two. and attaches these to the edges of the roof rails with strong pocket clips. Voila! The comfy cat bed in both houses now stays mostly dry. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this for my 20lb Shiba Inu and it suits her perfectly! It's very roomy for her to lie down with her legs apart, but not so big that there's a lot of extra room. Big enough for her to sit comfortably in. The plastic it's made of is durable, and the design of the roof makes it easy to wipe away any leaves, dirt, and dust that might get on it. There is an opening in the back for better airflow (although the opening in the front is quite large), but I have absolutely no concerns about rain
