I bought some of these from Revain in April 2017, they came in a Norelco box and were excellent, it was like a new razor. I ordered again by clicking on the 'order again' link and when they arrived this time they were unpacked and didn't come with any tools to replace them like the last ones. Hello, I am writing this review to hopefully be helpful to those looking to buy genuine Philips Norelco shaving heads. The main criticism I see in other reviews is that they ordered them from a supplier other than Revain and received a fake, counterfeit product. I have been using this Norelco wet/dry model for several years now and have never had a smoother shave. I have had other shavers over the years, Braun and two different Panasonics. I have been using Norelco shavers for a long time, I used to work for Philips. I regularly ordered replacement heads, without incident. I recently ordered heads for my 9000 series (SH90/62) shaver and have never been able to lock the previously working locking rings. I've never had this problem before. (Are they OEM?) Result: Only ONE of the three shaving heads seems to work. Even worse, I'm four days out of the return window! I ended up losing $40 and staying with this seller, Mitch Mel Corp.
