I see the light - my new review

These are my side lights and work quite well. Although plugging them in was a bit dicy as they fit a bit looser than the original incandescent bulb. I put a little calk on it after install to hold in place. Other than that they work great.

  • They were a quick install and are very bright. I bought blue and it's just as it's pictured
Cons
  • Lasted a week and then 4 of the 6 I bought started flickering and having diodes go out. Junk

WOW! Huge upgrade over stock incandescent Map lighting!

Easy to install, 10X brighter than OEM bulbs. These do require a lil bit of technique to install, and NO you do not need to do any cutting or modifying of the map light trim to get these to fit.1) Using a small flat blade screw driver, carefully remove the round map light lenses. BE careful not to let the tool slip and scratch your trim/lenses. Be mindful of the lens mounting prongs, they can be broken if you use too much force or hurry this step. IF You break a prong, The lenses will not stay…

These little lights are bright!

I put these lights in my cadillac cts, as parking lights and are bright beyond my expectation. These are 194 bulbs so make sure that it's the same bulb you are trying to replace. It's a perfect fit from the regular bulb.

  • Limited color options – while the amber yellow hue may be suitable for some applications, those looking for a wider range of colors may need to look elsewhere

Better than OEM: my feedback

Way brighter than OEM. Easy to install. Used the red for rear side markers on Subaru Crosstrek. Definitely makes the vehicle more visible to other drivers in poor weather.

Didn't Last Long for my opinion

These lights are real nice for the license plate bulbs. They are bright but do not last long. Mines went out In a month or less.I would recommend a more durable one.
