The product is not a windscreen holder. The screw holes matched but fit over because an inch of metal was sticking out and hitting the hood. You would have to adjust it to even do that. The instructions even say about the bumper

They work as intended and are easy to install. I spent a few bucks more to get what I thought was better and was disappointed to see rust on the edges and on a screw after a year of use.

This bracket is better than most on the market as it places the light a little further from the side of the car. The light is shifted out of the driver's field of vision. The mounts are solid, strong and have a nice appearance.

They fit my 2013 Wrangler perfectly. The flat black finish was perfect when I got them. They are packaged very nicely, each individually wrapped to avoid scratches. The only thing that could be added is a few thin pieces of rubber that fit between the brackets and your paintwork. I made it myself so I don't care. Also, they're great for those who want to light up their Wrangler's windshield without spending a lot of money on fancy mounts.

The only thing I would change is that I would put some kind of spacer between this bracket and my paint. I used padding material and prepared it for him.
