Please, puffs are terrible. I haven't seen anything like this in my whole life. Well when I opened the package I saw that they were vacuum packed. But when I took them out of the box they were still wrinkled and very flat and I can't use them on my face or on powder. I am very dissatisfied with this product, I will write to the retailer to report it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS RETAILER

This is a real review from a real customer (see photo). Yes when these poufs arrived I was shocked to see that they were shrink wrapped, completely flat and crumpled. After taking them out of the packaging and putting them in for about 45 minutes, I noticed that they returned to their shape on their own. I looked at other reviews and saw that some people "washed" and dried poufs in the dryer. I gave it a try - I took all 12 puffs, hand washed them in warm water, wrung them out and threw them in

It comes deflated and all the air has been extracted so it takes up less space when shipped. If you open it just a little, the pillows will inflate and look just how you expect them to! DON'T LET THE FIRST OUTSIDE SHORT YOU! He just freaked out! Will come back soon! The quality is unbeatable for the price! I love it, it works well and is a bit bigger than regular pillows which is exactly what I wanted :)

Sooo 🥴 arrived quickly but also flat as a board with folds. I wanted to give the sponges time to see if they would fluff (PS I bought them specifically to fluff) before writing this review. They filled up a bit, but they're not as soft as they could be. And I can't use the side because the fabric is wrinkled 😒 the size is great. I would like to try them as they should be. I won't be ordering anytime soon.

I used to order this type of powder puffs from several different sellers. They usually come full and plump but I think this brand sucked them or something because they were SUPER flat when they arrived. I thought if I left the packaging open and let it air out a bit it would puff up like an air blown mattress but it didn't work. They still work well but not as well when full and fluffy but I can't find this seller anymore. Unless it's a crazy bargain price or they start eating them full and…
