🔪 FOXBC 12-1/2-Inch Planer Blades for DELTA 22-560, 22-565, TP305, TP400LS Planer, Replacement 22-562 - Set of 2 Review

It's getting harder and harder to find parts for my old Delta 22-560 planer. At least the blades are still available. They are indistinguishable from OEM blades. They come in a really nice two piece plastic case (as good cutters do). Much easier to open and much better to protect than regular blister packs.

Although WEN planers are not listed as compatible with these blades in the product description, I have I did some deductive reasoning ("if A goes with B and B with C, then A must go with C") and suggested they would go with my B07KKY27KL WEN 6550T 12.5" Bench Planer. And in fact. As for the quality of the blades, they seem to be good. I doubt they'll appreciate being asked to carve unnoticed pins any more than my previous blades, and I'll try not to figure it out.

I haven't had my Delta 22-560 plane for a few years used. Recently I had the opportunity to plan a few tens of meters of boards from roughly sawn poplar. These blades fit my old Delta 22-560 perfectly. This is a popular 3-hole reversible design that should work with several brands of 12.5" planers. I have seen similar blades advertised as compatible with Delta, Craftsman, Porter Cable, Grizzly, Triton and more. pretty sure they have the same compatibility. The cut is really smooth. Sharp blades are of great importance. Less stress on the motor, less noise, more efficient cutting, better quality of cut. They are very sharp right out of the box…
