Good to know I can still get blades for this very old plane

I haven't had my Delta 22-560 plane for a few years used. Recently I had the opportunity to plan a few tens of meters of boards from roughly sawn poplar. That's when I noticed the burrs on the wood caused by shavings on the knives. I had a spare set of Delta Blades and installed them. But now I wanted to get a set so I would have a spare on hand. Yes, Delta brand knives are almost $30 a set! I found them and they look great and come in a nice storage box. I haven't used them but didn't expect any problems.

Pros

W6 laminated HSS blades stay sharp and last longer than blades made from traditional materials

Cons

Definitely a bad product
