Great Accountancy Business Partner, with excellent Customer Service

The most important thing about plest moran is their great customer service in general! That's what sets them apart from other accountants out there - they treat you like family rather than another number or client (or whatever). They also have an amazing team of consultants who are knowledgeable beyond belief when it comes to all aspects related finance/accounting for businesses big & small (>"SMB" if I remember correctly), including those looking at things such as ERP implementation /…

  • Accessible, friendly staff
  • Very responsive via phone call too; would recommend calling directly instead f email just because that way your calls get answered faster :)

  • Nothing really..maybe sometimes having difficulty getting hold off certain senior management personnel due do lack availability

A very professional and friendly approach

The best part of working for Pm is being able to help people in their time need as well helping them understand what they are looking at when it comes down too taxes or other issues regarding finances! There isn't much I don’t like about this firm but there really aren; t many things either so we have been happy here since 2011 (when our first accountant left). Best staff ever, highly recommend: Plante Moran

They are amazing! I have been working for them now since 2011 and they continue to grow in their work force even more each year. The office is always full of people who will help you no matter what it's about or how busy things get at times when there is an issue going on within our group they take care of us all as if we were one big family.
