I'm afraid it won't be compatible with my softphone software but it works fine. However, the power cable does not fit, so I only use the charger for the additional battery.

I bought it because I work from home and it's very convenient when I'm on a conference call. Gives you the ease to listen and get up from your chair to stretch.

Works perfectly. USB plug and play with computer. Ideal for long meetings to keep the discussion private in your home. Super light and easy to use. Pleases. Looks like it has been discontinued.

Great product I've ordered this before. Lasted about 4 years, found it stopped working, ordered this one and tried just swapping out the cables. Found out, that's all. I've never lost a cord on things.

I use my phone a lot every day, my Bluetooth headsets worked well but died quickly and didn't let me go too far. I can walk around with it quite a bit and just pop in a new battery when it's almost empty. It became clear that turning off the sound in the headset is a feat. I chose this one because it is portable.

This product is quite good but the charging station broke almost immediately after the warranty expired and when I called the company they did not help even though the warranty expired a before one couple of days. . For a product at this price I was disappointed to see the lack of support for something like this. No discount, nothing. clowns!
