Works perfectly. My Cisco phone requires slightly different wiring

Works fine. My Cisco phone required slightly different wiring. I was able to trade with another user for the correct wiring. It would be helpful if I knew in advance that it requires the same model number but a blue ribbon cable.

Pros
  • Long range
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

The sound quality is very bad. I would say I was disappointed but .

fakes. Not true Plantronics gear. The sound quality is very bad. I'd say I was disappointed, but at $7 a piece I can't complain. It was a cheap experiment. Going back at that price isn't worth it, but I won't buy it again, that's not for sure.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

I like the HW251 headset but after about 6 months of use.

I love the HW251 but after about 6 months of use it became unusable because the connection to the Planitronics headset was interfering and I couldn't talk to it. I'm not sure which of the two to replace - extension cord or headset.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Speed

The perfect cable for my Polycom IP335

This cable connects to the phone's headset port and directly to the H-series headset. When you press the headset button on the phone, the audio is routed to the headset. It's a bit quiet, but you can turn it up with the volume knob on your phone. The volume of speech seemed fairly normal. The great thing about this cable is that you do NOT need an amplifier box and you can use all the buttons on your phone to toggle and mute.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Weight

A10 Direct Connect is a good way to avoid notorious battery problems.

A10 Direct Connect is a good way to avoid the battery headaches that come with wireless, but this device's microphone boom doesn't pick up the user's voice effectively, as if it were coming from the would hear callers on the other end of the line. We bought a few for our office staff and basically nobody uses them. A common complaint among team members is "I can't hear you well." So users have to raise the boom of the microphone to their mouth, some cover the microphone with their hands in…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Concerns me
