Got this to replace Plantronics Edge which basically stopped working properly after 12 months. This is a known issue, after 6-18 months many Edges experience audio issues where the person on the other line can no longer hear you. While others have written about short battery life, I still get 4 hours of battery life on a single charge. It's very light, the voice quality is good, and other people can hear and understand me much better than with my old earbuds.
