The customer service is always amazing from start-to-finish! We have never been disappointed with our plan choices or any of the updates they provide us for insurance changes/upgrades etc. I highly recommend talking (or texting) with these guys at least once before signing up so that you can get all your questions answered in advance without feeling rushed when it comes time to actually sign up.
