Accurate pH Strips on pH Test Strips

These strips are very accurate. I know this because I tested them for the first time in pH 8.8 water that I drink :0) When I bought them I knew they were "universal" strips, although I was planning on testing my personal pH (urine is my body's attempt). more alkaline). That being said, my next purchase might be from a brand that lists pH in quarters (eg: 5.75, 6.25, etc.). Not exactly at all!

I am very disappointed with how ineffective these strips are! I bought these to test the PH of the water in the new house I bought. After checking and seeing a PH of 6, I bought a $1,500 water neutralizer to raise the PH to keep the copper tubing from corroding. One of my last houses had a water pH of 6, which I corrected with a neutralizer, so I had no problem installing it in my new house to stop leaks in the pipes before they appeared. Works great, just follow the 3 simple rules on the packaging.

DETAILED OPINION PLEASE INQUIRE FOR YOURSELF. I didn't want to think that these flavored water additives were that bad when it came to pH, but guess what. YOU ARE VERY BAD! As shown here, I purchased these pH test strips and tested the aroma mixed lightly and heavily with water. As it turned out, the lighter added to the water changed almost nothing. Most lemon, raspberry, punch, strawberry mixes showed a pH of 3-4, and lemonade was worst at a pH of 2-3. Sweet tea performed best at a pH of 6-7.
