Works right out of the box

This cable did exactly what it said it would. No fuss, no fuss. My laptop only has an HDMI port and I need it for my drawing tablet, so I need this cable for my old VGA monitor. Now I've connected a monitor and a drawing tablet at the same time, and life has become a little easier. Thanks for a great product!

Works perfectly. fits USB VGA adapter

Used for a work computer in a dual monitor configuration - 1 HDMI, 1 USB-C. That works great. I updated the BIOS on my Intel NUC 7i3BNC before the resolution went higher than 1680x1050. Once I updated the BIOS I got the full 1920x1200 resolution.

That's the cable, the cable!

This cable does what it says on the tin. I have nothing to say except that the connection is solid, the picture quality is great on my external monitor and the price is amazing. Highly recommended.

It really works! to computer cable adapter

I bought two different adapters that didn't work. I have a 2018 Macbook Pro and was really disappointed with how finicky these Thunderbolt USB C are. But this one worked fine and the USB C connector snapped into place. Exactly what I was looking for.

Is working. Computer cable adapter

The product works well. Tested with various Viewsonic monitors with VGA ports and Late 2016 MacBook Pro. One boot away because if your VGA port isn't facing out from the monitor, it's impossible to get the screws in without modifying the cable. Its small size with the larger body around it, pressed against the back of the monitor with the ports down, means your fingers just can't get a hold of it. I had to cut a slot in the bottom of the screw so I could turn it with a flat head screwdriver.

Works with Thunderbolt

This is the third or fourth cable/adapter that makes my laptop's Thunderbolt hub work with my old Viewsonic monitor. All other adapters were DVI-D so I tried this one. Works great, the headache is finally over. Image quality 4 stars because of the old monitor and VGA connection. I would buy this again.

Instant screen mirroring

An indispensable addition to my work life. Recommend this to anyone who has dual monitors in the office and is tired of staring at items on their phones. This item connects directly to the VGA port on the back of the PC monitor and to the USB-C port on your phone. Instant screen mirroring. You may need to select a VGA display from the PC menu to start screen mirroring, but it's not difficult. Highly recommended
