Based on my observations, the build quality seemed poor and the packaging was flimsy. this product is a complete letdown. After I put it to the test in my industrial and scientific setting, it failed to deliver on its promises. The construction is flimsy and cheap making it unusable for long periods of time .The only redeeming quality is its price point, but Id PERSONALLY rather invest in a more reliable pneumatic equipment. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a better alternative..

He did everything I needed. I had to sharpen the armature because it was too long and touching the cylinder because it's such a small cylinder there isn't much play.
