This phone in my home office allows me to work on the computer keyboard and talk to clients at the same time. High quality sound and 3-way communication. Highly recommended.

After eight months of use, the power pack starts to hum every time it is switched on. Noise is not disturbing and cannot be used in meetings. Should I order this part now?

Bought this for my office as I was using my mobile phone for a conference call with 2 other people. We decided that everything should change and move into the current century. One of them is in telecom and recommends it. Works fine, no problems. We are satisfied so far.

I spend about 6 hours a day on conference calls when I'm working from home and it's the best I've spent in a long time. The sound is excellent, both incoming and outgoing. The ease of use is amazing. It's simply a plug-in product for use on one or two lines. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a home office and needs a great conference dialing tool.

The inner packaging of the cables and the power module was torn; The torn bags were still in the box. Part of the original packaging was missing. I find it misleading to sell an item that has been returned as new by a previous customer, especially if everything that was supplied by the manufacturer is not present.
